About our Speakers:
 Tim Woods from Secure Passage and Paul Gregoire of IPS will deliver this engaging and informative session. Tim and Paul have over four and a half decades of experience in information security and data technology.
Before joining Secure Passage, Woods spent three years at Crossbeam Systems Inc. Previously, Woods was the Security Engineer manager for Nokia Enterprise Solutions, where he managed the pre-sales technical resources and led a team of engineers supporting efforts in security and mobile enterprise. He spent ten years at Intrusion.com where he managed and supervised all aspects of technical personnel selection and department administration. Woods enjoys educating people on new and emerging technologies and has been a technical presenter and corporate speaker for seminars, technology conferences and sponsored events.
Woods proudly served 8 years in the Naval Intelligence community and attended the University of Maryland majoring in Information Systems.
Paul Gregoire is a Senior Security Architect and is only 1 of 1150 Certified Payment
Card Industry Qualified Security Assessors in the world today. As a Senior
Security Consultant, he has accumulated extensive experience working with
Fortune 500 companies and government agencies across Canada. Most recently he
was the Key Note Speaker for the Canadian Centre for Child Protection
conference in 2009. The 400 delegates where comprised of Government Agencies,
the RCMP, Canadian City Police Services and the United States FBI. His address
spoke of creating a safe online experience for our children.
Paul has over 15 years experience in Network and Security Architecture. He was part
of a team that architected, implemented and maintained a Y2K data network and
electronic banking solution for a leading financial institution in Canada. He
has also worked with Interac and Visa Security Audits, the creation of
governance, policy and compliancy standards. He has extensive knowledge in
Check Point, IBM Rational, Oracle IAM, Digital Persona, SGI, HPUX and Microsoft
platforms. His most recent focus projects comprised of gap analysis and PCI
Security Assessments for multiple Level 1 companies and government agencies
